Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 83000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 83000 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use 83000, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Not prohibited by any local, national, or international law from participating in betting or online gaming activities.
- Registering only one personal account — multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keeping that information up to date whenever changes occur.
83000 reserves the right to reject registrations or terminate the account of any user found to be ineligible under the above criteria, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
When registering an account with 83000, you are required to provide your full name, an active phone number, a valid email address, and bank details for payment purposes. All information provided must be accurate and reflect your true identity. 83000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information on file.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including 83000 staff or agents. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our customer support immediately. 83000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own login information.
User Responsibilities When Using the Platform
As a user of 83000, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operation of 83000's servers and systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Providing false information or impersonating another person while using the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or unauthorised collaboration to manipulate game outcomes.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on 83000 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name — 83000 does not permit the use of third-party bank accounts or e-wallets for deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit
Deposits are processed via the methods listed in your wallet section, including FPX online banking, e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. Funds are typically credited shortly after the transaction is confirmed. 83000 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to a verified bank account held in the same user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be indicated in the wallet section. Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus rollover requirements have not been met or if identity verification is still in progress.
83000 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to freeze the account and report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
83000 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate free from interruptions, errors, or delays at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 83000 is not liable for:
- Any financial loss or missed gains arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or system failures beyond our control.
- Actions or omissions by third parties, including banks, payment processors, or internet service providers.
- Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Account Suspension & Closure
83000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Users who disagree with an account closure decision may contact customer support to file an appeal.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 83000 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software code, and brand names — is owned by or licensed to 83000. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 83000. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 83000 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party service providers, such as payment processors, game providers, or analytics platforms. 83000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Right to Amend Terms
83000 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
